Philadelphia Apartments. If you want to be in the center of a thriving metropolis, this is the place to be. Surrounded by gleaming skyscrapers, handsome old buildings, stately stores, Center City has been the center for business, culture, hospitality and shopping for the last 100 years, only now it is undergoing a dramatic resurgence.

You'll see signs of excitement building everywhere. The new convention center has re-energized the retail corridor along Market Street. New hotels are on the rise. Broad Street has been renamed "Avenue of the Arts", a lively mix of business and entertainment. Restaurants and retailers are opening around Rittenhouse Row... and every day you'll hear details of new developments taking shape downtown.

One of the biggest developments started 20 years ago, when Historic Landmarks converted many rundown structures-old hotels, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and warehouses-into first-class residential communities. Today, as the city rebuilds around these buildings with the shops, services and attractions that are so important to the urban lifestyle, there's no better place to live than in the center of it all.
